LiFT is a free 6-hour community retreat designed for young people (ages 13–24) and their supportive adults to connect, share values, and have meaningful conversations about topics that matter most in young people’s lives.
Trained facilitators guide participants through interactive activities, real-life communication tips, and tools to strengthen bonds beyond the session. LiFT aims to establish and sustain healthy relationships through ongoing conversations between youth and their support adults.

Meals are provided, you'll receive a take-home guide packed with resources, and leave with strategies to keep the conversation going. Plus, each participant gets a gift card at the end of the program!
